It all starts with the collection of information

You will want to know more about who we are and what we do. We will want to know more about you, your aspirations and current financial position. We achieve this via a zoom teleconference. This will be a get to know each other discussion and if you are happy to proceed, we will collect information and produce a data sheet which will then go to our financial strategist.

Financial Strategy

Our financial strategist has over 30 years of analyising data and producing a solid strategy for clients. He will contact you to arrange a zoom conference. He will then work through the financial data and present you with possible investment options. If you are happy with what is presented to you our strategist will arrange for the plan to go to our Property Specialist.

Property Investments

Investment real estate is not like purchasing your dream home. There are a vast number of relevant parameters that may not apply to your dream home purchase that you will not find on real estate sales websites. These websites can be very misleading. Our advisors have decades of knowledge in the investment real estate market and source investment properties directly from the developers. Once you select a property you will be passed on to our Finance Broker to source the very best possible loan.

Finance Broker

Our finance broker, will contact you to arrange a zoom conference at a convenient time for you /and your partner. He has accreditation with over 38 lenders and is able to provide a finance solution tailored to each specific matter. During the zoom conference he, will refer to the notes provided by the financial strategist and collect from you any further information he sees as relevant. After the zoom conference he will search for funders that best suits your circumstances and borrowing capacity. He will further refine the search to find the most flexible product at the lowest interest rate. He works closely with our recommended solicitors and once your loan is set he will arrange with the solicitor to review the loan offer and guide you through its execution process.

Legal advice

Once you decide on property it is important to have legal advice on the contract relevant to the jurisdiction. Our properties are specialised and require a solicitor who works in the field consistently. The solicitors we use have many years’ experience in all aspects of Property Law and especially the many and varied land contracts as well as the more standardised building contracts our clients seek to enter into. The solicitor will read through the contracts in a forensic manner and advise you of any issues or problems that need to be addressed. His very first duty (after his allegiance to the Court) is to you, his client. Our property specialist will pass on your details to such a specialist solicitor who will contact you to arrange a zoom meeting with you /and your partner.

Review

Once you have spoken with the solicitor we will review the process and check that we have accounted for every contingency before proceeding. It is important to understand that we have a proven process using independent professionals for every step along the way. We know that many people will have a relationship with a mortgage broker, solicitoror or accountant. Should you choose to engage our services we ask that you put those relationships aside for this particular matter. All of our chosen professionals have extensive experience in our process which ensures a smooth transition between the services. To deviate from the process usually causes unnecessary delays and stress and sometimes a good investment is lost.
